This is a set of beautufully crafted wooden drink coasters handmade by Pigminted, the Indianapolis-based handicraft studio that brought us the wooden Raspberry Pi Zero case.
The drink coaster set contains 4 or 6 coasters and each of them measures approx 3.6 x 3.6 x 0.3 inches to fit for various cups and mugs.
Furthermore, each engraved pattern on the coaster features an iconic characters from Gotham City, and you can choose among 16 characters including Alfred, Bane, Batgirl, Batman, Catwoman, Croc, Harley Quinn, Joker, Mr. Freeze, Penguin, Poison Ivy, Ra’s al Ghul, Riddler, Robin, Scarecrow and Two-Face.
More importantly, each engraved portrait features traditional Mexican aesthetics from Day of the Dead to bring some artistic diversity into the familiar characters.
Moreover, the wooden coasters are made from walnut for durability and natural wood grain, and a corkboard piece on the bottom of each coaster prevents it from sliding around.
