OPPO has confirmed that it will launch the Reno 4 series in China on June 5. The Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro smartphones will soon be announced in India then. OPPO has also started teasing the upcoming Reno4 series which shows the phone with a glass back, Reno Glow & OPPO branding, and triple rear camera with laser autofocus.
Apart from this, the live images of these phones have also surfaced recently and one of those images confirms a metal frame, a microphone on the top, and the power button on the right side. The company has already confirmed the 5G support for these phones and these are expected to be powered by Snapdragon 765G SoC.
The Reno4 series have also been certified by TENAA, but full specs were not revealed on that listing. However, someone posted the specs of the phones on Weibo.
Reno4 5G, Reno4 Pro 5G rumored specs
The Reno 4 sports a 6.43-inch Full HD+(2400 × 1080 pixels) 2.5D 90Hz AMOLED display. While the Reno 4 Pro will pack a 6.55-inch Full HD+ (2400×1080 pixels) 3D 90Hz AMOLED display. These both will sport an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Both phones will be powered by Snapdragon 765G 7nm SoC with Adreno 620 GPU and will pack 8GB RAM with up to 256GB storage. The smartphones will run Android 10 with ColorOS 7.0 on top.
The triple camera setup on Reno 4 will include a 48MP main camera, an 8MP Ultra Wide Lens, and a 2MP mono lens. While the Reno 4 Pro will pack a 48MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP dedicated video camera, and a 13MP telephoto lens.
These both will sport a 32MP front camera.
Connectivity features on both phones include 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC, and USB Type-C.
The Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro pack a 4000mAh battery with 65W VOOC 4.0 fast charging support.
Dimensions of Reno 4 are 159.3×74.0×7.8mm and its weight is 183g. While dimensions of Reno 4 Pro are 159.6×72.5×7.6mm and its weight is 172g.
