The all-new Kindle Paperwhite measures 4.9 x 6.9 x .32 inches and weighs 7.23 oz. Compared with the previous model, the new model delivers thinner borders for a more sleek modern design. Meanwhile, the eReader is IPX8 rated to protect against accidental immersion in up to two meters of fresh water for up to 60 minutes, and up to 0.25 meters of seawater for up to 3 minutes.
The all-new eReader features a 6.8-inch glare-free E-ink display with 300ppi and 16-level gray scale, and a built-in light is adjudtable to switch between a white light to a warm amber, or schedule when the light changes for a personalized reading experience.
Moreover, the all-new model comes equipped with 8GB internal storage. A single charge via its USB-C port allows it to last weeks.
