The new LEGO Star Wars building set delivers a posable R2-D2 that measures 12.5 inches (31cm) high. As shown in the images, the LEGO R2-D2 shows off accurate contours and meticulous details and many authentic functions known from the Star Wars series including a retractable mid-leg, rotating head, opening and extendable front hatches, and a lightsaber hidden in a compartment in the head.
The LEGO Star Wars R2-D2 building set contains 2,314 LEGO pieces to recreate the legendary droid, and the set also comes with an included buildable display stand with an information plaque and a special Lucasfilm 50th anniversary LEGO brick to bring you a professional way to present the droid.
