Apple has released M1 chip powered 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models. Let’s keep checking if you want more horsepower to boost your mobile productivity.
The 3rd-gen iPad Pro 11-inch measures 9.74 x 7.02 x 0.23 inches and weighs 1.03 pounds, while the 5th-gen iPad Pro 12.9-inch measures 11.04 x 8.46 x 0.25 inches and weighs 1.5 pounds. As shown in the images, both new iPad Pro models deliver a similar appearance design with their predecessors and come in two classic colors: silver and space gray.
Both tablets are powered by M1 chip with 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine to provide much faster performance and graphics than their predecessors.
The 12.9-inch model features a Liquid Retina XDR display with 1000 nits of full‑screen brightness, 1600 nits of peak brightness and multiple advanced display technologies like P3 wide color, True Tone, and ProMotion.
The 11-inch model comes equipped with a Liquid Retina display that delivers 600 nits of peak brightness, ProMotion, True Tone, P3 wide color and ultralow reflectivity.
Moreover, both models share almost same specs including front-facing True Depth camera system featuring Ultra Wide camera with Center Stage, rear Pro cameras (12MP wide camera + 10MP ultra wide camera), and LiDAR scanner. Using Center Stage, the front-facing camera automatically pans to keep you centered in the frame. When others join in or leave the frame, the view expands or zooms. The TrueDepth camera also unlocks your iPad Pro with Face ID.
In addition, the new iPad Pros also feature four speaker audio, five studio-quality microphones, ultrafast Wi‑Fi 6 with 5G capabilities. Thunderbolt port and all-day battery life.
