The Runmecy is an app-enabled laser engraver and cutter that measures 235 x 235 x 164mm and weighs 1kg. With the compact and lightweight design, it fits in your home or office. Meanwhile, with the baseless design, the laser engraver cam engrave objects of any size as long as they’re horizontally stable under the laser.
The compact laser engraver and cutter comes equipped with a 5W laser module that uses Japanese Nichia 440nm 5000mW laser diode, and the laser spot measures 0.08mm in diameter. With a German-engineered OSRAM laser chip, the laser engraver provides finely tuned precision with efficient heat dissipation.
The laser engraver can engrave on a wide variety of materials like stainless steel, anodized aluminum alloy, iron, glass, ceramic, wood, bamboo, paper, acrylic, leather, stone, cement, fruit and more. And the Runmecy is capable of cutting through wood up to 1.5mm thick.
Using Bluetooth technology or cable, the laser engraver connects with your mobile device or computer so that you can edit your designs. Moreover, the laser engraver delivers a resolution of 508DPI or 0.05mm, and it can run continuously for 90 minutes.
The crowdfunding campaign for Runmecy is ongoing on Kickstarter. We can pledge $340 to preorder the compact laser engraver and cutter. It will be shipped in May 2021.
